- 1. Can you look in my calendar?
We are not able to check any information or events in your calendar. We also do not store any data from your calendar and use encryption while working with it.
- 2. Can my invitees see my whole availability?
You always decide how much of your availability you want invitees to see. You are selecting the time frame that we will further divide into time slots and share with your invitees.
- 3. Will I be able to schedule calls with Fixatime if I don’t connect my Google or Outlook calendar?
You can use Fixatime if you do not connect any of your calendars. Just select Whereby as or put a physical address for your meeting while scheduling, and we will save the meeting in your Fixatime Calendar.
- 4. How many calendars can I synchronize with Fixatime?
You can connect up to 6 calendars (both Google Calendars and Outlook Calendars) to see all your events simultaneously on our platform.
- 5. Do my invitees need to have Fixatime accounts to participate in meetings or vote for the time slots?
Your invitees do not need to have their own Fixatime accounts to select or vote for the time slots or participate in meetings. They can simply follow the link, select suitable time and confirm their choice in just a few clicks.
- 6. Do you share my data with third parties for marketing purposes?

- 7. Zoom
To connect Zoom, you must go to Profile, scroll down to the field for adding Zoom. Then you will be directed to the page of authorisation with Zoom. After you authorise and provide necessary permissions you will be brought back to Fixatime platform where you will be able to create events in Zoom via the platform.
To delete a Zoom account from our platform, you need to go to your profile, select which Zoom account you want to delete and click on the delete button next to it, after which the account and all information connected to it will be deleted.
